Job Title: Influencer Liaison Specialist
About the Role:
This position involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with influencers, their teams, and talent agencies to facilitate impactful brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working within the influencer, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Sourcing Requests: Identify and coordinate clients' outfits, jewelry, accessories, and shoes for influencer collaborations. Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, their managers, and talent agencies. Ensure timely delivery of fashion items to influencers and their teams.
- Influencer Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers, and content creators. Understand influencers' personal styles, audiences, and brand fit to provide tailored recommendations.
- Campaign & Event Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer dressing, gifting, and brand campaigns. Track and manage inventory of clients' products used for influencer partnerships. Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Industry Networking: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent. Provide insights and recommendations based on influencer content trends and audience engagement patterns. Attend fashion, lifestyle, and social media industry events to network with key stakeholders.
- Other Tasks: Manage deliverables and deadlines with influencers and their teams. Prepare performance reports on influencer collaborations, including reach and engagement metrics. Handle logistical and coordination issues that may arise during the sourcing and delivery process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fashion Awareness: A deep understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal styles, and industry developments is essential. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest fashion must-haves, emerging designers, and luxury brands.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail is crucial in this role.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are vital to build and maintain effective relationships with influencers, their teams, and internal stakeholders. The ability to articulate complex ideas, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts is essential.
Teamwork and Collaboration: This role requires a collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and contribute to the success of the organization.
