Job Title: Social Media Liaison Specialist

The role of the Social Media Liaison Specialist is multifaceted and dynamic. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.



Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Influencer Identification: Identify and evaluate potential influencers, assessing their reach, engagement, and relevance to brand targets.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of branded campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with influencers, publications, and thought leaders, facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events for networking and brand visibility, providing opportunities for strategic partnerships and business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely reporting of amplification activities to management and clients, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with the team, providing guidance and overseeing deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance campaign impact and engagement, driving continuous improvement in influencer marketing efforts.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and industry-standard tools and software.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
