Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is a key role in our organization's influencer marketing vertical, responsible for ensuring operational excellence and increasing our influencer network and relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Maintain tight turnaround times for briefs received and create detailed proposals and presentations.
  • Research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Brief, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and maintain databases of influencers and third-party vendors.
  • Build strategic relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and onboarded influencers.
  • Analyze key metrics and create insightful reports on influencer activation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong social media savvy and experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
