Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to manage our in-house graphics workflow, develop innovative visual designs for educational content, and oversee the creation of digital and print materials. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, timely project delivery, and consistent brand representation.

  • Develop strategic creative direction for all visual communications
  • Manage a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, engaging visuals
  • Oversee the development of branding guidelines, style sheets, and asset libraries
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, including 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and styles in EdTech
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills

Other Responsibilities:
