Job Title:

Visual Communications Specialist

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that communicate client stories, elevate brand identities, and engage audiences across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, and advertising campaigns.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.

  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.

  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.

  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.

  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
