Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their visual design skills and experience in creating engaging visual assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create innovative digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content that align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  • Evaluate and ensure all designs meet quality standards and are up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.
  • The ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Strong understanding of video editing, including animations, motion graphics.
  • Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
