Hiring: A Creative Visual Specialist

We are seeking a talented creative professional to join our team as a Visual Designer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting impactful visuals and bringing stories to life through graphics & videos.
  • Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Designing stunning visuals and engaging brand creatives.
  • Creating video content for social, campaigns, and marketing needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, & Canva.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience designing for a brand (agency or in-house).
  • A creative mind that can also be the brand custodian.

This role is suited for individuals who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embraces direct feedback and iteration.
  • Is comfortable with U.S.-centric design sensibilities (clarity, boldness, storytelling).
  • Views design as driving brand impact.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for their work.

This position involves remote work setup, where you'll have the freedom to create from anywhere. As a remote worker, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless integration of your designs into our overall branding strategy. This means being highly self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively through digital channels.
