Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer issues, providing exceptional service support, and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, operations teams, sales teams, and other functions.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24*7 and 6 days a week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
