We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Ecosystem Operations team.

  • To provide comprehensive operational support to our NextWave partner program, specifically by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving high volume cases using an email based ticketing system.
  • Providing strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with all levels in the organization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance).
  • Taking ownership of business processes and being accountable to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant 4+ Years experience managing, investigating, resolving high volume cases.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator that can get participants passionate about topics presented.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance).
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process.
