Content Excellence Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Support Specialist to assist our Content Centre of Excellence Head.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage special projects, and lead content programs. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets, enforcing editorial quality standards, and managing vendors and freelancers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social)
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets
  • Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews)
  • Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications

Requirements:

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
  • Very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is desirable
