Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the monitoring and management of our multi-cloud ecosystem.

  • This individual will be responsible for leading a highly skilled team, driving improvements, and providing leadership to the broader organization.
  • The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve operations, target resource growth through refinement and automation, and lead incident and requests management on a day-to-day basis.
  • They will also collaborate with thought leaders across IT and the Business to drive business-focused outcomes, deliver metric-driven results, and effectively communicate status and trends to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a geographically diverse cloud operations team responsible for monitoring and managing a multi-cloud ecosystem.
  2. Drive improvements and provide leadership to the broader organization.
  3. Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve operations.
  4. Target resource growth through refinement and automation.
  5. Lead incident and requests management on a day-to-day basis.
  6. Collaborate with thought leaders across IT and the Business.
  7. Deliver metric-driven results.
  8. Effectively communicate status and trends to leadership.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in IT or software engineering.
  • 10+ years relevant working experience.
  • Strong skills in Cloud Computing, Networking, Security, Communication, Collaboration, Leadership, and Agile Management.
