We are seeking a Business Growth Executive to join our team in Bangalore at Aeroservices. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of materials and services across our line card and service portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification and extensive experience in the aviation industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Soliciting demand for our materials and services from current and prospective customers
  • Submitting timely and compelling quotes for materials and services, achieving agreed commercial objectives for revenue, margin, and risk
  • Securing supporting quotations for ad-hoc sales of non-catalogue materials and services directly from prospective suppliers or in collaboration with an assigned Customer Service Specialist or Shared Service Centre Inside Sales Executive

You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships, engaging with internal stakeholders to secure commitment for quotations, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Director in the resolution of commercial, technical, and operational disputes with customers.
