**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our team at Whizz HR. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing clientele.

Role Expectations:

  • New Client Creation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Targeting New Clients: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Account Management: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Creative and Operations Teams to ensure that solutions meet or exceed client expectations.

Competency Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Sales or Marketing, with a preference for experience in the Ad Agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and digital concepts, with knowledge of the latest trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills, with proficiency in MS-PowerPoint.
  • High planning and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with targets and deadlines.
