About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team as a City Head. As a City Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Executives and driving revenue growth within the city.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the city.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and action plans.
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Analise key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights on performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, target markets, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or related roles in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
