Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our product development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and building fintech products that aim to disrupt cash-flow based banking in emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience (2+ years) in software development, particularly in:

  • Code backend services using Node.js or Java, or other server-side compiled languages
  • Designing and developing REST APIs with integrations to lots of external systems. Experience with GraphQL is an advantage
  • Developing modern and secure web front-ends using React, Express, and Redux
  • Interfacing with No-SQL/MongoDB or SQL-based databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Deploying code into the cloud and supporting it there, ideally on AWS and GitHub. Experience with Kubernetes and serverless is an advantage

You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of business heads, product managers, credit risk experts, data scientists, and technologists to iteratively design and build fintech products.

The role requires full-stack developers who are comfortable working on front-end JavaScript as well as debugging database interactions or improving CloudFormation templates.

The successful candidate will have excellent coding skills, a strong understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
