Scaler of User and Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Growth Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the engine that drives user and revenue growth, experimenting across various channels, including paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and partnerships.

You will have the chance to learn how to find what works, double down, and scale, while working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
  • Analyse data to figure out what's working and what's not, then optimize.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 0-5 years of experience in a related field (internships/projects count; mindset matters more than CV).
  • Curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing.
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).
  • Not afraid to get scrappy and take ownership of projects.
