About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Growth/Operations Analyst. This is a full-time position that will involve driving business growth through data analysis and process optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- To apply AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks.
- To design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose SOPs, and implement scalable, repeatable systems.
- To coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks to clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
- To standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
- To maintain operational hygiene by organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong background in technical and analytical skills, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an IIT, NIT, or IIIT.
- Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and growth hacking expertise are necessary.
- Proficiency in Project Management is also desirable.
