We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive advanced analytics solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Solution Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of data-driven dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Data Strategy: Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Integration & Automation: Implement data integration workflows using data scripting and automation services.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong command over data visualization features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
