We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize invoices accurately, ensuring timely payment and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads for transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare project-wise profit & loss statements to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide clear snapshots of the overall profit & loss for all markets and projects.
Financial Management
  • Draft and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and make recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Human Resources & Payroll
  • Develop and implement HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Process monthly salary payouts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Administration
  • Manage travel bookings and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation accurately, maintaining confidentiality and security.
