Job Description

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of business payments, collaborating with external banks and merchant partners to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to drive enhancements in payment processes through data monitoring and analysis, and resolve escalations efficiently.

Key responsibilities include analyzing product and operations metrics to identify areas for improvement, creating and managing business reports and dashboards, and addressing ad-hoc data and operational queries from stakeholders.

  • Manage daily business operations: Collaborate with external banks and merchant partners to optimize payment processes.
  • Drive enhancements: Use data monitoring and analysis to improve payment processes.
  • Resolve escalations: Efficiently handle issues that arise and support internal teams with reporting and insights.
  • Coordinate technical solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
