Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist


About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes across various domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.
  • Collaborate with business units to redesign and optimize workflows
  • Develop automated solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere
  • Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis and visualization
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
  • Proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy for analysis
  • Familiarity with additional languages like R or JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data handling and processing

Bonus points:

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of task mining and process simulation
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
