Job Title

A Supply Chain Planning Specialist with expertise in optimizing business processes and configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.

Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Design, build, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications tailored to specific client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow across modules and connected systems.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and system integrations, ensuring seamless project delivery and support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platforms.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including modules like Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, data modeling, and reporting using built-in tools or integrating with Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with a collaborative mindset focused on delivering business value.
