Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and systems to drive efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Workday, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business value.

Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will enable you to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, informing strategic decisions.

As a Business Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Designing and implementing new business processes and system configurations
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
