Job Description

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture and driving business growth through effective talent management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of Indian employment laws, and experience in managing complex recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on resource planning, talent acquisition, performance management, reward systems, employee engagement, and HR projects.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Lead a team of internal recruiters to support hiring activities across APAC, ensuring timely recruitment solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Workforce Planning
    • Oversee workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs and projections, driving operational excellence in recruitment processes.
  • Employee Relations
    • Address employee relations issues, manage conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and employment regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 20+ years of solid experience in HR, including TA and office administration functions, with 5+ years at managerial level.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian employment ordinances and statutory requirements.
  • Prior experience in Data Center/Telecom field with regional and HR department setup exposure highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in cross-cultural environments.
