Job Title: ESG Manager

Join Vandana Global as we seek a highly skilled ESG Manager to lead our organization's sustainability efforts.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field to develop and implement our ESG strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ESG policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to implement environmental improvement projects and ensure compliance with local, state, and Central environmental regulations.
  • Drive community engagement and social investment programs to enhance the company's reputation and support local communities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG performance and initiatives.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles, preferably within the Steel or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
