About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work as a ServiceNow administrator with expertise in GRC modules to ensure seamless operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong focus on GRC module proficiency.
  • They should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to drive platform stability and integration.
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments, to maintain system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to guarantee smooth data flow.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis to inform proactive issue prevention.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee smooth platform upgrades and patches to prevent disruptions.
  • Automate operational tasks to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Publish detailed operational documentation and runbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, ITIL processes, and change management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus.
