Our Enterprise Data Governance program aims to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and secure.

The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for building and supporting the tools and technology required to enable this program.

This includes:

  • Implementing data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, and Alation
  • Developing custom integrations between these tools and various data stores
  • Supporting the implementation of a data cataloging solution to establish clear data ownership and access control management
  • Enabling enterprise-level integration of metadata stores for business users to search and understand information by developing standard business glossaries and data dictionaries

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc. to implement data governance programs
  • 5+ years of experience in data management space under any area
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and leaders to identify and align on workable business solutions to data privacy requirements and challenges
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, business, and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies
  • Certifications on these tools are a plus
