Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding retail brand operating in the ecommerce space, at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends.

  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce brand or platform.
  • Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse operation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage logistics and supply chain operations.
  2. Oversee retail store operations and inventory management.
  3. Negotiate with 3rd party operators for logistics and last mile delivery services.
  4. Manage day-to-day operations, invoicing, and e-waybilling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 80 stores warehouse experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS is an added advantage.
