Warehouse Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist with expertise in SAP WM, Supply Chain, and Distribution processes. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Key responsibilities include managing outbound deliveries and shipments, creating packaging instructions, and handling unit and transport order creation in the warehouse management system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, including implementation and rollout project experience, coupled with excellent communication skills to collaborate with customer business teams and project teams.

Familiarity with custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, go-live, and support phases is necessary for success in this role.

Additionally, the successful candidate should have basic knowledge of cross-modules like MM, SD, and TM, as well as the ability to design and configure processes in the warehouse management system.

Strong understanding of warehouse structure, inbound and outbound logistics, put away strategies, replenishment, stock unit and HU management, KANBAN process, and RF menu are essential for this position.

A deep understanding of the SAP WM process, including Transportation Management (TM) process work knowledge, is also required.

Effective collaboration with project teams and customer business teams is critical, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to map customer business processes and IT landscapes rapidly.
