Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Be well-versed with warehouse processes including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Process e-way bills, good receipts, and vendor invoices as per agreement
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with E-commerce/Fulfillment Centre
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently
