Category Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to oversee the product mix across our stores. This role involves analyzing market trends, competition, and store catchments to ensure optimal product offerings.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will drive product planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and category profitability. They will lead merchandising planning & forecasting, drive pricing, promotion & markdown strategies, manage product portfolio & new product development, oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5–8 years of relevant experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments, with a strong background in category management. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through informed decision-making and customer orientation. They will be responsible for partnering with sales & retail ops teams to improve channel & store productivity, contributing to policy updates, training, and people development.
Requirements- Relevant experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments
