As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect in our Services organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving Requests for Proposals (RfPs) through their entire lifecycle. Reporting to the India Pre-Sales team but supporting multi-region and multi-locations, your expertise will contribute significantly to the ServiceNow Global Elite Partner's journey.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Pre-Sales and Solutioning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with Geo leaders to drive deals forward, having a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXs, and providing detailed proposals and pricing overviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with different Geo leaders to drive deals forward
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXs
  • Estimate solutions based on requirements and create detailed proposal and pricing overviews
  • Document proposals in a standard format or customer-provided formats
  • Organize review calls with the Pre-Sales head and Geo leaders to discuss solution, pricing, contingency, and proposal/SOW
  • Prepare for solution walkthroughs with customers - Present the solution, demonstrate its capabilities
  • Provide separate review presentations for large deals to internal senior stakeholders
  • Understand the ServiceNow licensing landscape and prepare license estimates based on customer requests/requirements
  • Offer Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape, whether implemented or taken over from an incumbent
  • Maintain all relevant documents, spreadsheets, and presentations within the central repository for audit purposes
  • Participate in larger IT deals where ServiceNow is the platform of choice and prepare effort estimates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in Pre-Sales and Solutioning
  • Proven experience handling multiple regions, different cultures, and complex solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a structured and methodical manner
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations, and ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on qualifications and location. The compensation package may also include additional benefits, bonuses, and perks.
