Job Title: Assurance Associate Director

Becoming an Assurance Associate Director opens up opportunities to take on leadership roles and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Developing tailored solutions for clients that cater to their immediate, short and long-term needs.
  • Providing expert-level knowledge of assurance, accounting standards including Ind AS/ IFRS and USGAAP.
  • Compiling presentations, memos and relevant documents with excellent report writing skills.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of concepts around accounting and assurance including strong familiarity with financial statements.
  • Experience of working on large complex engagements and multiple reporting environments.
  • Leading teams and assurance engagements end to end.
  • Managing and supervising team members including article staff.
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/data.
  • Supporting the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.
  • Participating in meetings with various teams and contributing to areas and responsibilities handled.
Requirements:
  • Qualified CA with 7+ years post qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and oral.
  • Excellent report writing skills including compiling presentations, memos and relevant documents.
  • Expert level knowledge of assurance, accounting standards, including Ind AS/ IFRS and USGAAP.
  • Strong familiarity with financial statements.
Working Environment:
  • The role is for on-site work at client locations/offices.
  • Ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and supervise team members including article staff.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/data.
