The Estimation Manager will oversee quality assurance procedures, manage project billing, review contracts, and lead a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market, is required.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits, as well as proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders, are necessary.

  • Responsibilities include quality assurance, billing management, contract management, quantity surveying/cost control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to highest standards of quality in all projects.
  • Billing Management: Manage project billing, including preparation of invoices and payments.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: Conduct thorough cost analysis and ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team of professionals.
