Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is to perform quality assurance audits or phone calls to ensure customer-facing interactions meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the quality of customer-facing interactions and ensure they align with industry best practices.
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to evaluate performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in collections process.
- Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience.
- Self-motivator and self-starter with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Skills:
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative ability and writing proficiency.
