Job Title: Regional Account Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Account Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers.

This role involves managing a defined number of customers and prospects, focusing on relationship building and maintaining a healthy pipeline. You will be responsible for delivering monthly performance reviews with customers, conducting SLA management and contractual performance analysis. Additionally, you will monitor Daily Status Reports to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and prepare delay analysis matrices.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) on customer enquiries, account planning, business reviews, and coordination of Key Account activities. Your goal will be to ensure alignment of Key Account activities with global, regional, and sector strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects to deliver revenue growth and meet customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to discuss progress and set goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and report back to stakeholders on progress against targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Key Account Management (KAM).
  • Graduate degree required.
