Role Overview:

Our team seeks a skilled professional to oversee online presence, enhancing marketing effectiveness and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather specifications and requirements for technical needs.
  • Maintain websites, micro-sites, and landing pages while working closely with the marketing team.
  • Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate user inputs.
  • Manage change logs and documentations, anticipating and tracking operational and tactical risks.
  • Work with global product marketing teams to ensure best practices are followed in operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities.
  • Coordinate, set up, and maintain marketing webinars, providing live back-end support to panelists.
  • Coordinate workflows with cross-functional departments across time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Strong programming skills, understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs, with PHP knowledge as an added bonus.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop ideas with a focus on both details and the big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential for our globally distributed team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the marketing funnel.
  • An energetic spirit, ability to work well with diverse teammates, and high motivation to contribute to a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
