Job Summary:

A Billing Operations Specialist is required to utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional services, reconciling payments with invoices, receiving and sorting incoming payments, managing petty cash, and identifying inconsistencies in transactions or pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software/ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP, possess strong analytical skills, and an extreme attention to detail. They should also be able to work productively without oversight, have excellent communication skills, and a robust written skill set. A basic understanding of office software and machinery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ERP software to identify outstanding accounts
  • Generate bills and invoices specific to customers
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services
  • Reconcile payments with invoices
  • Receive and sort incoming payments
