Job Title

Role Description:

Tender Executives play a crucial role in driving business growth by coordinating the tendering process from opportunity identification to bid submission. This involves ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

They work closely with internal teams to prepare complete and compliant bid responses, maintaining updated records of all tenders, pre-qualification requirements, vendor registrations, and submitted bids.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end tender documentation, coordinating with OEMs, partners, and vendors to obtain technical and commercial inputs, and portal management on the GEM platform.

Proficiency in MS Office and online e-tendering systems is required, as well as strong knowledge of GEM Portal operations and government tender procedures.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field, along with minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering, GEM portal, or bid management, is necessary for this position.

Experience in Cybersecurity or IT/ITES sector is mandatory, and certifications in tendering, bid management, or cybersecurity are preferred but not mandatory.
