Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with business units to drive performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead long-term financial planning processes and oversee reporting to ensure accuracy and robust internal controls.
  • Handle operational financial controls, including revenue/sales growth, expense management, and financial goal tracking.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand pipeline impact on forecasts and support CRM initiatives.
  • Manage complex financial data and provide strategic guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with comprehensive financial modeling and analysis.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
  • Challenge operational stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • Certified accounting or finance professional (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Background in a large organization and international environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
