Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to manage various human resources functions and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations. Responsibilities
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to meet business needs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, perform background checks, and coordinate benefits administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective HR systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
