As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and sustainability across our product development process. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to source innovative, eco-friendly materials and trims.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors that align with our sustainability goals. You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with mills, factories, and suppliers, negotiating best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.

You will also ensure that vendors meet ethical, social, and environmental standards. This includes managing the sampling cycle against set timelines to ensure readiness for shoots and final production, researching and implementing new textile technologies that reduce environmental impact, and staying updated on global trends in sustainable textiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Innovation
