We are a homegrown youth casual-wear brand that was started in 2013. We are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source materials or products by conducting market research and evaluating supplier performance
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective supply chain management
  • Manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and meet company requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best value for our organization
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and other procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and adhere to industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
