Merchandiser Sourcing & Production Role

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Merchandiser to join our team in Gurgaon. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying and developing vendors to build long-term relationships and maintaining a strong supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Identify and develop vendors to build long-term relationships and maintain a strong supply chain.

2. Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality.

3. Finalize prices, place orders with the right vendors, and ensure uncompromised product quality.

4. Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of garments.

5. Visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring production status.

6. Maintain effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of Denim sourcing & production.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.
