We are seeking a Customer Service & Operations Expert to join our team.
- This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers and colleagues as you deliver successful customer and business outcomes.
The role involves providing crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact centres.
You will be responsible for responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies, and procedures, and developing an understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating improvements to enhance our efficiency
- Keeping accurate records of day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a focus on improving our customer service and experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- A minimum of six months to one year of hands-on experience in an International Chat or Email process
- Comfortable working in 24*7 shifts
- Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
About the Role:
In this key role, you will be providing crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact centres. You will be responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies, and procedures, and developing an understanding of customer and business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.
As a CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS ANALYST, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers and colleagues by delivering successful customer and business outcomes. You will work closely with our teams to coordinate improvements, keep accurate records, and maintain a focus on improving our customer service and experience.
With your excellent written communication skills, experience in international chat or email processes, and Microsoft Office skills, you will be well-suited to this role.
