About this Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global company and lead its HR transformation journey. As a strategic partner to the CHRO and CXOs, you will drive global HR initiatives, build leadership depth, strengthen culture, and deliver exceptional employee experiences through technology, agility, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into impactful HR strategy and execution.
- Drive cross-functional global initiatives spanning M&A, global org integration, and scale-up.
Our ideal candidate will leverage AI/ML and automation platforms to digitize core HR processes, implement predictive analytics in engagement and performance, and reduce manual HR operations by 40-50%. They will also drive HR efficiency at scale.
Global Talent ProgramsThe successful candidate will lead the annual HR cycle: goal setting, performance, compensation, and benefits. They will execute internal mobility and succession planning programs for key roles and design and deliver global leadership development programs.
Culture, DEI & Employer BrandWe are looking for someone who can launch a culture audit and performance-focused culture operating system. They will build and scale DEI and R&R programs, driving RateGain's position as a Great Place to Work.
Compensation & BenchmarkingThe ideal candidate will lead global C&B strategy and benchmarking initiatives, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
Program Management & ExecutionThey will lead global people initiatives, partner with regional HR heads, build project management and reporting dashboards for HR programs, and set a forward-looking agenda.
