About the Position

Seeking an intern to assist in corporate governance and legal matters.

The role will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing documents.
  • Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing forms and returns for filing with authorities.
  • Preparing resolutions, letters, responses, and other documents.
  • Supporting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
  • Maintaining statutory registers and records.
  • Conducting research and staying updated on relevant laws.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• CS Executive Qualified

• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good knowledge of law interpretation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Effective teamwork skills

• Quick to take initiative

• LLB as an additional advantage
