Key Roles & Responsibilities

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our recruitment efforts and develop HR strategies that drive business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of positions across all brands.
  • Performance Frameworks: Implement and monitor performance frameworks, driving successful implementation and monitoring of KPI/KRA management systems.
  • Employee Retention: Develop initiatives to reduce attrition rates and improve employee satisfaction, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations: Ensure error-free payroll inputs, maintain statutory compliance, and handle grievances while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to track effectiveness and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Culture Building: Work closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with business goals, driving culture-building initiatives and supporting organizational restructuring as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team of recruiters effectively.
