Warehouse Management Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team.
- Implement WMS solutions using Oracle technology, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
- Maintain configurations, technical specifications, and code changes for WMS solutions, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, inventory accuracy, kitting, cross-docks, direct ships, drop ships, shipments, and monitor development phases effectively.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of solutions, meeting project deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- Assist in QA and UAT testing, deploy solutions in production, and provide post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
- Lead the resolution of high-priority tickets and provide level 3 support, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, with expertise in Oracle technology and WMS processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexible work arrangement available, including the option to work from home. Travel required twice a month, with expenses covered by the client.
