Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team. As a key member of the HO Product Team, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Design, manage, and automate reporting pipelines using Python, SQL, Power Query, and Excel to drive strategic decisions with timely and accurate reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as AWS QuickSight and Metabase to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Data Management: Analyze transactional and operational data, maintain structured data lakes with customer and transaction data, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage AWS-based BI infrastructure to ensure seamless reporting operations.
- Education and Experience: A graduate degree with 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Good SQL writing skills, proficiency in Python for data analysis, experience in creating dashboards in Power BI and Metabase, knowledge of reporting, MIS, and data analysis with handling big data and pivot tables.
- Soft Skills: Proficiency in MS office applications, including Word and PowerPoint, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
